E-BIKE DEGUSTAZIONE
A Bike tour in the hills of Alta Tuscia
and followed by a visit to the cellar with tasting of typical local products accompanied by the best wines of the company. In the magnificent hilly landscape of Umbria I will let you explore pristine places where the hand of man has stopped and left room for Mother Nature. Also enjoying the magnificent view of Lake Bolsena. E-bike rental at my cellar or at your accommodation. We will pedal together and for the entire duration of the tour I will be your personal guide; minimum 2 people - maximum 10 people - from 2 to 3 hours approx. it depends on the routes.
Some details about your tasting with e-bike tour:
– I will wait for you in the cellar or I will come and pick you up at your accommodation! Try to come equipped with comfortable clothing and trainers. Upon your arrival, I will assign you your e-bikes (you will confirm the number of people and special needs when booking) and protective helmets.
– We will make a nice excursion, pedaling, but in complete comfort, through the countryside of the "Alfina plateau". To be honest, we won't have a precise destination, I love to improvise. But don't worry, I'll bring you home safe and sound...
– On our return from this beautiful walk, you will surely be thirsty, there will be water, of course! But above all my wine.
– After a little rest, I will take you to visit the cellar and the vineyard, and then stop in the tasting room created for the occasion outdoors and surrounded by nature. Here you can taste:
– my extra virgin olive oil, from olives of my olive trees
– my two wines
– a cutting board with typical local products (normally cured meats and cheeses).
– You will enjoy your moment of relaxation at this point, if you wish, I will be available for further explanations of the wines, after I have served them to you.
You will live a unique experience: an original way of combining the passion for wine with the pleasure of discovering nature and breathtaking landscapes.
For large groups up to a maximum of 15 people, book a little in advance to be able to find the right number of bikes.
Technical information:
- Rental of e-bikes requested directly at the Podere Acquaccina farm.
- The rental is intended for half a day
- Return and visit of the cellar and tasting of a selection of wines
- Tasting of 2 wines and a cutting board with typical local products and our extra virgin olive oil
- Available by reservation from a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 15 people
- In case of bad weather, it will be possible to cancel up to 24 hours before
- Reservations required at least 48 hours before the activity, for groups we ask at least 5 days before
ATTENTION: in case of need due to external, atmospheric or unforeseen factors along the way, the guide in charge can make detours on alternative roads (at his complete discretion) to continue and conclude the Tour.
